HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You can return and exchange your purchases on the Mecsell.com website. You can take action by considering the following details:

For returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and without any modifications.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the customer. (Shipping cost: 60 USD, exchange shipping fee: 60 USD).
It should be noted that our customers who benefit from free shipping will not be able to benefit from this opportunity in case of a return, and all round-trip shipping fees will be deducted and refunded.
Refunds are made within 14 business days after they reach us. For orders received with free shipping, the shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
